Instead we were re-directed back to reservations, who of course, said there was nothing they could do. We were put on hold and, now an hour later, we still haven't been connected. Each party was quoted different rates! We called Paris and we're informed that the rates can change up to six times a day! In fact, the woman we spoke with told us she's seen the rate right before her eyes. Today, we get numerous phone calls from the guests. The rate was very reasonable and we let all our guests know. However, they could give us the family and friends rate. When my fiancé called to make our reservation (we're both Total Rewards members), he was told that because we weren't getting married there, they couldn't offer a special rate to our guests. Although we have enjoyed staying at Paris many times, we decided not to get married there.
So far, it's been 36 minutes on hold! My husband and I decided to get married in Vegas next month. I'm writing this review as my fiancé and I are on hold trying to talk to a supervisor at Paris.
